Founders Of The Peoples Jiu Jitsu
Amanda Alequin is a 2nd-degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt with over 14 years of experience. A multiple-time IBJJF World No-Gi and Pan-American Champion, she’s competed and won on some of the biggest stages in the sport. Known for her aggressive, technical style, Amanda brings the same energy to her teaching, creating a welcoming space where students of all levels can learn, grow, and challenge themselves.
Eric Alequin is a professional MMA fighter and black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. With a 7–1 professional record and appearances in promotions like PFL, CFFC, and Combate Global, Eric brings real-world experience to the mats. His coaching blends high-level grappling with a deep focus on discipline, control, and personal development.
